This Is My Heart

I believe God meets us right where we are. In the car. At the kitchen sink. On lunch break. Late at night when the house is quiet.

About Us

Reflection With God is a simple, quiet space for people who want to meet God in the middle of real life.

Life is full of both heavy days and happy ones. Some days you are carrying questions, doubt, and fear. Other days you feel thankful and steady. Reflection With God was created for all of it. Here, you are invited to slow down, breathe, and meet God through His Word in a way that makes sense for your everyday life.

How to Use This Space

You can think of Reflection With God as your daily check-in with the Lord:

🔥 Watch a video from the current series

🔥 Read and reflect on the Scripture of the Day

🔥 Share a request or pray for someone in the Prayer Corner

🔥 Turn on the worship music and sing, sit, or simply listen

Take what you need for today. Come back as often as you want. This is your place to slow down, reflect, and walk with God in the middle of real life.

REFLECTION WITH GOD — “Higher Than My Thoughts”

Have you ever been in a season where nothing makes sense… and God feels quiet?

Today’s reflection is rooted in Isaiah 55:8–9, where God reminds us:

"My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways…”

We’ll talk about:

How to trust God when His plans feel confusing

Why we often don’t run to God first — and how to shift that

The beautiful promise in 1 Peter 5:7 — casting ALL our cares on Him because He cares deeply for us

How His peace + joy can replace the anxiety we try to carry ALONE

THE WHOLE GOSPEL IN ONE VERSE!

John 3:16 isn’t just a memory verse from Sunday School—it’s the reminder we still need today:

God’s love is for everyone.

His sacrifice was personal.

Eternal life is a real promise.

In a world that feels shaky, this is the one truth that will never change.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." – John 3:16

Ever Notice How Life Feels Like a Battle Some Days?

Not just the kind you can see...but the ones pressing on your heart, your peace, your confidence.

That’s why 𝑬𝒑𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝟔:𝟏𝟎–𝟏𝟖 hits different. God didn’t leave us uncovered. He gave us His "armor" ...

🔥 HIS truth to steady us

🔥 Righteousness to guard us

🔥 Peace to ground us

🔥 Faith to shield us

🔥 Salvation to secure us

🔥 His Word to cut through every lie

The Breastplate of Righteousness

𝑰𝒏 𝑬𝒑𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝟔:𝟏𝟒, 𝑷𝒂𝒖𝒍 𝒔𝒂𝒚𝒔: “𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒎… 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒆𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆.”

Here’s why this piece of armor is so powerful:

It protects your heart from guilt, shame, and lies that try to sneak in.

It gives you courage to stand firm, knowing your worth is secure in Christ.
